Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses as expenses app. We have out of pocket expenses, we have company credit cards. Also, we export the data into our accounting application (without any help from Webexpenses staff)

Pros

  • used to be good replying on the phone and chat, not anymore
  • used to be flexible and providing solutions, not anymore
  • used to reply to emails in due time, not anymore

Cons

  • the total net for currency transaction provided in the report is wrong, notified 15 (!!!) months ago, they continue to say it is not a priority for them (!!!)
  • dummy users were needed to manage the expenses, as per app limitation, users that we are charged for
  • dummy user created by Webexpenses staff to manage the failed credit card transactions, user again we are charged for
  • our request sent to an "interactive" platform where is no visibility, I can't see my request over there, no progress no reply
  • everything looks like they have too many customers and they are just trying to get rid of them
  • no help at all provided with the export of data to our accounting application
  • cost increased without performance
  • extratime checking and managing the reports manually in excel as their totals are not correct
  • extra time to create the correct data for export into the accounting aplication
they used to be good when they were interested, now, to get their app accurate on processing data is "not their priority" anymore.
Not picking the phone on the support phone number provided it is relevant enough. Tickets closed and explaining the same issue that never been resolved, again and again from the beginning, tens times in 15 (!!) months.

Staff not prepared and not doing the background research and history of the issue
Webexpenses was chosen as they were very responsive, flexible and qualitative at the beginning, not anymore, after 4 years.

They used to be good and responsive when they needed clients, now basic reporting VAT issues are "not a priority" for them. Any basic position in finance and accounts can realise that the net, gross, totals are vital, for them is not a priority after 15 months. Charges for the program limitation, not replying to emails...., no answer on chat or on the phone for the support, only the phone for sales is picked up.
