Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
WebPT is used to keep track of our patients/lawyers/doctors/insurance. I use WebPT most to check our patients and referrals. I add new patients and also do monthly reports with the analytics tool from WebPT. It is very helpful to see how many referrals we get each month, and I can search through different types of cases and referrals source. I also like the way that I can keep track of patients that were discharged and the number of currently active patients.

Exceptionally strong documentation and scheduling capabilities for our clinics it is a must! Also, the appointment reminders are really good according to our patients and make our front desk job's easier. Since WebPT is web-based, everyone from the company is able to access our clinic’s information on the fly and even from another state and country.
As stated before, WebPT helped with compliance by the nature that reminds patients about their appointments.
WebPT is easier to use and has more tabs that help in our jobs. It has a more clean design and offers more options for our therapists to add charts and notes.
