Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
I use WebPT to add employee accounts, add patients and add providers into the system. I also provide side by side assistance to new employees training on our EMR system.
- It notifies me of errors I may have made
- It notifies me of missing information
- there is a help tool for live chat if needed
- I believe that some features I would like to have, require an account upgrade for customization. This is a great option, but one that is not decision to make.
- lately it has been under very frequent updates, I suppose that this is to improve the software and services. It is a bit bothersome that these frequent updates occur during business hours, interrupting my work flow.
As far as my job function go, WebPT has met all my needs to perform my responsibilities.
the task bar has helped in notifications, however, I don't receive these tasks as it is my Practice Manager's role to work on those.

It was suddenly on day available.
When I needed to update my online forms. A rep was assigned to assist me all the way through. It took a few days, but the support rep assigned to my case stayed with me until my updates were completed.
