Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

Currently, I support the Office Manager and Office Assistant remotely. Our main problem is keeping track of patients and making sure they are scheduled. We use the lost patient reporting, which is helpful.

  • Inability to archive previous patient accounts
  • When adding or changing insurance it is complicated to get the information to Therabill in order to bill correctly
  • Ability to produce clean claims which of course increases revenue.
  • The documentation shows a comprehensive visit which translates to better reimbursement.
  • Easy to keep track of missing notes.
I think additional training would be beneficial for new features that software offers.
I believe the software does offer safeguards with making sure we follow Medicare guidelines with documentation and thresholds.
Price was more reasonable based on all the features that is important for our business.

The support system is easy to use for questions. It would be nice to have additional training on features that WebPT offers within the software.

6 - Webpt provides so many enhancements in the program which makes all the steps fairly easy to complete from intake to billing. Having the therapists complete the billing procedures almost eliminates the possibility of billing errors.

We have been able to use Webpt from the start of our clinic to 4 years later with now two locations. The price commensurate with the current needs of growth. The EMR is fairly easy to use. Notes are readily available for records request. Reports are informative. Billing is more accurate when the therapist is the creator.

Nice to have the backup completed offsite. When starting the program it is very nice to have the education articles and videos available at your fingertips.
So nice to have our billing system integrated with Webpt. Makes life so much easier. Nice to be able to access the program off-site.
Very happy with our decision.

WebPT Implementation

I think it would help to have another education session maybe 6 months after the initial sessions. This would help the user come up with an enhanced experience after they have used the program for a period of time. It is hard to comprehend everything at first, especially for people that need hands on learning
Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled

WebPT Support

It is nice to have someone to turn to when the situation/ problem is addressed with professionalism. Support offers detailed instructions for issues. The response could be a little faster as of late. Sometimes it takes a few days to get a response. I am not sure if they evaluate which question is more important and answer accordingly?

No. It is really not needed at this time. However it is nice to know it would be available if needed in the future.
Yes, when we began our clinic and program. We had many questions as we learned the system. When we began the program it was about 4 months later when we scheduled our first patient. In that period of time a lot had been forgotten from the initial education help. It was real nice to to get anwers

Using WebPT

The only thing I would suggest is having the ability to makes notes that is visible to co-workers. This would help with communication between departments. We have two locations and with therapists only at the second location we need certain documents directly from the patient. I think this would help with this issue.
