Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

WebPT is currently our documentation system for my cash-based Physical Therapy company. The documenting section is very easy to learn. They make it easy to customize evaluation templates and add or subtract things for each individual patient. I stopped using the home exercise program because I was having difficulty finding the exercises I wanted. The customer service is very helpful and easy to get ahold of, and in my experience, they have been able to resolve any issues quickly.

  • Maybe adding an email customer service option for non urgent questions.
  • I have not looked into how WebPT could possibly increase business.
It is helpful that WebPT has multiple questionnaires in the system for patients to complete in their notes. These help the Therapist see if and make sure it is completed at evaluation appointments.
Because of the dynamics of my clinic, I'm not sure WebPT has much impact on patient experience.
It made more sense financially for my small clinic when we were just starting up. Through that time, they continue to be reliable and have great customer service. I have not experienced any connectivity issues like I had previously using Clinicient. We will continue to use this program for these reasons.

WebPT is very well suited for companies that have frequent interns since it is so easy to use. It is very easy to use in the outpatient orthopedic setting, I do not know if there are any drawbacks to inpatient or neuro settings.

Using WebPT

It is very easy train people on and make each not the way you would like it. My first time using it I only needed one time walking through it. The software is self explanatory and easy to find what you need in a note.
