Overall Satisfaction with Widen
In this organization, Acquia DAM (Widen) is used to coordinate content usage amongst various team members and ensure the latest versions of images and documents are utilized. A recent example is when multiple versions of a specific image had to be updated across various usages -- by using Acquia DAM (Widen), we could easily track and update all instances of this file.

- Sometimes the search results are difficult to navigate (you end up searching within already-displayed search results)
- Default window size is too small, options out of view and require too much scrolling
- Load times are occasionally long when looking at search rsults

- Time spent searching for specific files reduced
- Consistency between different departments
I assume similar to how it's used now - just more assets being added
Not involved personally with sales and marketing, but I believe it's helped assure consistent usage over these departments
