Overall Satisfaction with Workday Cloud Platform
We currently use the system across our entire company. We use it to not just process payroll but also for our compensation, talent and performance, and recruiting needs. It is our main system of record for the company.
Pros
- Searching for virtually anything is super easy
- The reporting tool is very comprehensive
- Workday does well in listening to needs via brainstorms
Cons
- The reporting tool could be more user friendly. Maybe a drag and drop or easier for creating those calculated or conditional fields which can be a struggle
- It has been positive because we have been able to leverage our integrations with our other vendors very easily
- We have a process down in order to scale ourselves with acquisitions
Again the ability to search for anything easily beats out a product like ADP. Getting into a profile or running a quick report or getting into security or any other items is super fast
