Overall Satisfaction with Workday Cloud Platform
I use Workday for payroll. Workday Retro processing, Workday Community and Workday Training are all very challenging. Workday has no customer support.
- The Workday payroll calculation process is relatively easy.
- The Workday employee access is relatively easy.
- The Workday continuous pay calculation is good.
- The Workday Retro process is very challenging.
- The Workday Community website is very challenging.
- The Training products that Workday offers is expensive and not easy to access.
- A lot of time has been invested into learning the product by trial and error.
- Don't have visibility of the costs.
Workday is an incomplete product, by this I mean it must work alongside other products and does not work by itself. Trying to make several different products work smoothly together becomes very challenging. As compared to ADP products, when purchased all together work very well all together. Also, ADP has extensive Training programs and extensive Customer Support. So ADP's products are far superior to Workday's products in my opinion.
