We currently use Workday Human Capital Management for human resources management, payroll, and workforce management, talent management, employee experience, employee experience, workforce planning, and analytics and reporting. The business problems that we are tackling via Workday include being able to seamlessly integrate our compensation and payroll platform, and future-proof our workforce with talent management, analytics, and workforce planning. Workday also provides us with a robust platform for strategic sourcing, spend management, and Adaptive Planning efforts.

The user interface and time tracking capabilities of Workday HCM are also best-in-class. The Workday cloud allows for simplicity, increased engagement, and productivity across the board with our teams, which is very unique compared to the competitor set.
