Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

Workfront is being used for project management streamlining.

Pros

  • Consolidate messaging between parties.
  • Organize project materials.
  • Automate recurring job duties.

Cons

  • It seems overwhelming at first. Not sure how to make the introduction less scary.
  • It was an investment upfront, but seems like it is saving us [money] over the long run. Less man hours spent looking for documents and emails.
Workfront has a better document management system and optional inline review and editing of art that you cannot do in Basecamp.
Workfront is better when you need to pull together a team in multiple locations.
