Overall Satisfaction with Workplace by Facebook

Workplace by Facebook is one of the best products that we use. It is the best tool for internal communication inside the organization, in my opinion. It is being used across the whole organization. It helps us to keep connected with the organization widely and with the team members at the lower level. It's very easy to chat, share, and connect with others in the organization.
  • The best thing is we do not have to send or accept request to connect with others.
  • It's UI is very similar to regular facebook to looks familiar.
  • My focus is on privacy. Sharing confidential documents on this platform is a little bit doubtful.
  • Its timeline is not so much useful as it also inclines to waste time by generating spam content.
  • It saves our efforts to track the project status and record the project details, along with updating with other team members.
  • Connecting and chatting with anyone in the organization is very easy.
Workplace by Facebook is an excellent fit in respect of support and documentation. It has excellent tutorials and documentation, as well. The UI and UX are already great as it is developed and maintained by Facebook, so most of the times, there is no need for any support or documentation.

It helps all of the users to connect straightforwardly, share various documents or files with other team members, create different groups for different projects, etc.
