Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike throughout the entire company. It has become more useful for us as a sales tool and for management use. As a Sales Manager, I use Wrike to track leads created by myself or my Service team. It helps with the flow from leads, to quotes, to orders won etc. As part of Management, we use it also to keep track of certain items that not everyone within the company needs to see, whether it is a client complaint, a problem on an install etc. Wrike has helped eliminate the paper trail for requests, and add accountability to the whole staff. A great tool.
  • Tracks overdue tasks
  • Lead tracking
  • Interoffice communication
  • Nothing to note currently
  • Increased sales efficiency
  • Better customer relations through constant contact
  • None
I did not select Wrike. Our General Manager chose this product. I am uncertain of other products that had been tested, but overall Wrike had been found the best bang for the buck and the best choice for our organization. After a trial period, and some training on use, Wrike became a tool used daily.
From personal experience, it is very well suited in any organization that has a sales cycle. It helps simplify and track leads, quotes, and help to remind you of required follow ups.
It also is useful for weekly sales meetings. Notes can be added, tasks can be tracked separately and viewing can be kept to only those pertinent to that task.

Using Wrike

8 - Everyone from Owner/Operators, Managers, Bookkeeper, Salespeople and Technicians use this software daily.
Wrike has proven to be a versatile tool that we use in several ways. We use it as our CRM tool because of its lighter footprint and ease of use. Other CRM software can be too large for our needs and make things too complicated. We also use it as a tool to record our meeting minutes as well as note talking points for future meetings.
