Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to manage tasks and projects for our clients. It helps us keep our schedules aligned for ourselves, our clients, and our contractors. We had difficulty keeping so many different people and organizations aligned with due dates, but with Wrike it's a piece of cake to keep everyone on the same page.
- The Gantt chart feature is fantastic - it's a quick way to check workloads and setup dependencies. It's especially helpful to look at timelines to see how moving one date will affect the deadline.
- The time tracker is indispensable. We use it constantly to track tasks for billing as well as basic time management.
- Adding dependencies helps with workflow. The next person responsible for a task is automatically emailed when it's time for them to get started.
- The mobile interface could use some work. I find it a bit difficult to manage so many folders. But the mobile notifications are very helpful.
- I would like to see a few more features available for the lower packages. I have a paid version but I would like more people to have the ability to run time reports.
- Better workload management
- Better time management in setting final deadlines
- Asana,remember the milk,Basecamp
Most tools are either way too complicated or way too basic. Wrike is the Golidlocks of project management. It takes a little getting used to, but once you're up and running it's a perfect fit. Asana is fantastic for simple lists, Basecamp certainly has its merits, but Wrike just seems to have the best of everything. Not too much, not too little.
