Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is used across the entire organization. Marketing uses Wrike particularly to run our Agile system. We create boards in which we run and manage our two-week sprints. Other departments practice a typical L10 form of organization but use the same tool.
Pros
- General management of team tasks
- Project/folder organization
- Auto adjusting for timelines and dependancies
Cons
- Tagging tasks inside of Wrike, rather than finding the task and copying the link--would be great to type @task name and have it appear. (This feature works for subtasks but not for commenting, see Asana :)
- Prioritization. Because of the lack of headers, it is difficult to organize our backlog of work according to priority. Currently, we have to create a separate workflow for our backlog to prioritize and then move the task to a different workflow when it is put into progress.
- It enabled us to switch to agile methodology with ease.
- It increases accountability and output from teams.
