Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike helps us make sure things don't fall through the cracks. We're a small but extremely busy firm so it can be very easy for us to forget certain items. Wrike also helps us keep track of project timelines and loop in relevant parties to keep them accountable and on schedule. It's also easy enough to move the schedule around if we need to.

Pros

  • Allows us to create project-specific checklists.
  • Allows us to create an easily digestible visual timeline.

Cons

  • The dashboards can be somewhat hard to navigate.
  • Project timeline tool.
  • Tasks.
  • Daily Dashboard.
  • Wrike has helped us cut down project timelines.
It is easier for us to keep track of projects through Wrike.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike is well suited for creating itemized checklists. For example, if I am having trouble keeping track of items that need to be sourced for a certain project, I can list them all in a Wrike task and assign the task to the appropriate parties. When we have finally sourced everything we need, we will leave Wrike and keep track of them elsewhere.
