Great value for the money

While is amazing. Out of the box it can be very frustrating at time but once you figure out how to customize it to you needs it can do everything that you want it to do. And that's what makes it great! It is the one project management tool that can meet the needs of all of of your different team's needs. Also the reporting is highly customizable. Working in an elearning department, we do not have as many hard measurable data points like marketing, sales, or development. We were able to decide as a team that we wanted to track, add custom fields and slice and dice it however we want. From a manager point of view I was able to see where my team was on their projects and removed bottle necks. Their customer support is also amazing. I have never has a bad experience with them. Of k had a problem it was quickly fixed.
