Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike is the project management system that we have started to use for various projects from small to large deployments, whether they are cross-functional projects, in IT, or in operations, it allows us to see who is doing what, when, interdependencies, blocking, sequencing, etc. The UX is great and the adoption and usage rate has grown rapidly across the organization. It's so easy to use that many have forgotten what we were using before, either Excel or Jira.
  • collaboration
  • alerts
  • who work on what
  • problems to comes
  • capabilities
  • resources
  • the app, is not the same as the website
  • managing permission, who see what
  • managing alerts to be a bit more pro-active
  • migration was costless since we transition in a few month
  • no negative impact that come in minds except regret to haven't migrate sooner
Better is not strong enough. It's okay since Confluence is more detailed and allows much more in terms of documentation and hierarchy, etc. But it is also not very convenient in terms of efficiency and usage. Wrike means simplicity and easy-going adaptation for all. You don't have to train yourself very long to become a power user. I couldn't recommend more to move forward with Wrike

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike has everything we love about a simple system for managing complicated projects, and they have listened to what we didn't like about other systems based on old web page technologies from 20 years ago. It's really a "product", it doesn't feel like an iteratively created system with 1000 complicated business rules that don't make much sense.
