Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Intaking requests from teams and resolving tickets. Used for project management, and creating workflows. Gives full overview of the project cycle with detailed initiatives and helps assign clear ownership. helpful for pulling reports as well for completed or incomplete work. Serves as a database and active tool for project management and team collaboration.

User experience and interface is not ideal . It takes a while to get used to wrike and finding tickets is not easy .
Creating tickets does not seem simple either .
Overall feels overwhelming to me .

It is good for trained project managers but isn’t as useful for other team members. Can work on their UI more.
