Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike has been very helpful for our team to keep track of the projects and tasks that involve multiple people. Not only does it serve us in organizing and assigning tasks, but having used it for several years now, the ability to look back at details of how something was done before or even how often a situation has had to be addressed has been immensely valuable.

  • Its history of details on a task has saved us a number of times
  • Streamlined communication related to tasks

At the time when we we selected Wrike, we spent a lot of time comparing different task management tools. Wrike and Asana were the top two. At the time, Wrike's feature set, and price point better matched our needs. I have not kept up or reviewed Asana since that time, so I'm not sure how it compares today.

Wrike has served us well, and maybe this is just a "grass is greener" scenario, but it seems it has not kept up with some of the competition as well as it could. That being said, it is a solid solution with a strong feature set. It is well suited to capture, organize, and assign tasks.
