Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I have used Trello, Monday, and Basecamp, so I have a bit of experience with different project management tools. What I like about Wrike is that it allows our cross-functional teams to share one timeline across the entire projects with different views, milestones, and programmed dependencies. Being able to adjust a timeline live and have the whole project updated is a great feature. It is possible to tailor projects to fit the needs of complexity or make simple request forms that feed into one shared project space.
The few "cons" I have are more about accessibility. There is no dark mode currently even if your system preferences are in dark mode. In the timeline view there is no alternate line shading, so it is hard to track lines across the page when every line is the same white. In posts there is no "download all" button for attachments, so users must either download files one at a time, or go into a "files" view which allows downloading of more than one file at a time, but it is not clear from which post the files originated.

Pros
- multiple complex dependencies
- live timeline adjustments
- ability to reply in email to post
Cons
- No dark mode
- Needs alternate line shading for better visibility
- Needs a "download all" feature for files in posts
- Helped align teams and encouraged better collaboration
- Gives department-level resource tracking
- File organization saves time and prevents issues with misfiled attachments
Wrike better integrates timeline, file-sharing, and resource management than its competitors. Some project management tools only offer some of these features, but Wrike offers multiple views for different working styles, and dashboards to track things at a higher level. Being able to also open, view, and mark files without downloading keeps things together and from having to track multiple versions.
