Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We used Wrike primarily as an organization tool for training modules and for tracking projects. It allowed us to break down different training tracks for different roles and compile relevant courses under each role. Within each role we could further break down different sets of courses and prioritize those as well as designate various timeframes in which each course or set of courses should be completed by. It was easy to assign different tasks to individuals. It was also easy to indicate when each course was completed. Everything was timestamped when completed so it was also easy to look back and see when courses were completed.
- Organizing tasks
- Defining task completion dates
- Capturing task progress
- Sharing tasks with or assigning tasks to others
- It felt like a clunky version of excel at times
- Sometimes an assigned task would not update properly when changes were made
- Multi-user function seemed clunky for group training courses
- It helped organize training courses
- It helped organize general tasks for group projects
- It was not ideal for multiple people assigned to a single task
Monday is the program we switched to. It seems to be more customizable and easier to customize for general layouts for projects and tasks to be complete. The team collaboration within Monday seems to be pretty simple and straightforward as well. I have not noticed some of the 'clunkiness' that I saw sometimes with Wrike.
