Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike is used to create and organize projects by department, district, user, and topic. We use it to manage and log time. Wrike is used to create reports to balance time and effort and budgets.

Pros

  • Organize projects.
  • Reports for the state.
  • Time and effort.
  • Budget.
  • Notes.

Cons

  • Ability to create a to-do list according to own priority.
  • Merge calendar.
  • I like it, but there is not buy-in from the whole department, which leave gaps in how we are using it.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

I like the organization. I find most of the features to be user-friendly. I am not on the backend, so I do not know what it is like to build forms and pull reports. The reports look good.
