Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a program management tool, issues include: - Automation tool does not recognize deliverables that are selected as “do not apply” and turn them to “active” - GHANT CHART does not update timing based on completion date or adjusted due dates - a lot of almost “spam” notifications -cross program resource loads is not user friendly - customized reports are not user friendly or provide desired KPIs.

See prior comments provided for items my company is not happy with. Upon discussing with the account manager multiple times, I was informed there was nothing that could be done. Software developers need to have a defined number of requests from a defined number of companies prior to making any changes. Wrike helps chats share common complaints, but Wrike does not address them. The company is currently working on a Wrike replacement.

Not happy - not a Prog Mmgt tool.
