Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

I use Wrike every day throughout my workday, it is the basis of the scope of my work. My company and I use it as a task tracker, to communicate with one another on task-specific interactions, and to keep us on track with client requests. For me, the biggest problem the app addresses is not losing the ability to keep track of the small details.
  • Simplicity - the look of the app, which is clean, makes it so easy to navigate
  • Regular design updates, which are subtle but add to the user experience
  • It's never crashed or been out of commission in the two years I've used it
  • I love how you can search for completed tasks to refer to again and again
  • The scroll bars!! They are so tiny, it's next to impossible to use them to scroll up or down a page
  • Maybe brighter colors on the page. I know that's a personal preference, but I think it would make it so much nicer
  • The All Tasks option, to me, is not necessary; I never use it.
  • Well, I don't have the objectives from a upper management perspective , so I can't provide any numerical data. However, we continue to use the product as a company, so I would have to say it has had a positive impact.
I'm a little embarrassed to say, but this is essentially the first task management software I've used in my career. In my last position, we used proprietary software but no task management. I honestly don't know how I did without it before. I think back and am astonished at how I would rely on written notes on a notepad. Don't judge me!

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

I can't outline any scenario where Wrike is less appropriate because it is the basis of my workday and scope of work. I use it all day, throughout the day, so perhaps I'm not the best person to make a judgement of that. However, it is well-suited to my workday because I love to write things down, and even although I'm a detail-orientated person, I can never retain small stuff in my head, so to be able to write as many details in the comments section has been extremely helpful in my position. I do wish that the time to edit comments would be extended; it expires after five or so minutes and sometimes I need to go back and add something as it comes to mind.

Using Wrike

I gave it a nine because of the scroll bar, which may be a small thing, but it drives me crazy! It's so small, it's basically unusable. I wish they would make it wider because it's a feature that I use all the time in other applications. Everyone in my department has the same issue, so it's not just me being picky.
