Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to help multiple departments stay on schedule and complete projects on time. It allows everyone to see the project's status, what steps have been taken, and what steps need to be completed. It keeps everyone in the loop!
Pros
- Scheduling Automation.
- File Organization.
- Communication between team members.
- Document editing.
- Informational Database.
Cons
- Not too many complaints about the software as a end user.
- Honestly it's all pretty good.
- Mobile app is not great.
- Overall company organization on projects.
We have not used any of the AI features.
I can't remember the ones we tried. But Wrike just best met our needs.

It helps me when I'm on the go and my team mates need information from Wrike. It also keeps me up to date with any task or messages that need answers from me while mobile!

Just being able to see where my project is at, or answer questions. Mainly I use it to answer questions or to look at files to help my team remotely.
Yes. Again, being able to see status of projects, do things on the go if needed, and answer messages.
That the desktop app is way easier to use than the mobile app.
