Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to manage day-to-day workload, share tasks across teams and departments, and create individual projects at a client level. We also use Wrike to manage the estimated workload, time spent, assignments, and any revisions needed for work in addition to the active workload; we have blueprints for repeatable processes and template tasks to encourage consistency.
Pros
- Recurring tasks and sub-tasks.
- Tracking workload and project timelines.
- Combining project materials, text, and people.
- Tracking resource allocation.
Cons
- Tracking personal tasks and sub-tasks on one screen.
- Monitoring other people's tasks.
- Integration to time tracking platforms.
- We have been able to cut down on freelance spending as a result of managing time more effectively.
- We have been able to recognize projects where we over-service.
Not used much of the AI or automation, so I can't comment too much on this.
