Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is used across our organization as a project management and collaborative tool. We use it across teams and departments to assign tasks and track progress across what can sometimes be months' worth of work. The different focuses of teams are catered to here through the ability to share only the necessary information and tasks with the teams required to have access.
Pros
- Task assignment.
- Progress tracking.
- Accountability
- Ease of access.
- Collaboration
Cons
- Some of the tasks are hidden through multiple click-throughs, such as forms. Base-level users may need some additional upskilling to get used to the navigation.
- Custom dashboards are very helpful; however, they can be challenging to adjust if a user is unfamiliar with the concept.
- The most significant consideration is time efficiency; the less time spent navigating the allocation of tasks, the more time can be spent implementing other aspects of the functions. This efficiency saves work hours.
I haven't utilized the AI features yet, but I'm excited to tinker with them to determine what their future uses could be within the team if automation can work in developing efficient timelines and allocations and remove some of the steps to increase the work hours that can be assigned to the tasks at hand.
The intuitive nature and comprehensive tools built into Wrike have elevated the usability and experience beyond what other systems have allowed. The ground-up collaborative design of the system means that it's simple and logical to bring in new team members and collaborators. The scope of tools built into Wrike also allows entire projects to progress within one ecosystem, removing the need for cross-referencing with other systems.
