Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I am currently about 4 years into the Wrike experience and thus far it's been a very positive one. Our organization uses the platform as both a Marketing Team PM system as well as an intradepartmental communication tool (allowing other departments to submit requests to the team and then follow along the process towards completion. Considering that our company is geographically scattered, having a solid tool for these basic tasks is a necessity.
Pros
- Wrike does a good job of allowing groups to segment based on the criteria that they choose
- Wrike does a great job of alerting people to changes/updates of the projects and tasks that they are following
- Wrike allows for simple an intuitive communication between the people who are participating in a specific project or task
Cons
- While Wrike is powerful, it also has so many features that it can take a little while to fully understand what options are available to you
- There is a learning curve to Wrike if you decide to go past the basic functionality
- The biggest indicator of success when using Wrike - for us at least- is shown in the difference between how projects/tasks that are in Wrike are handled, versus how projects that DON'T go into Wrike are.
We have only used the basic AI and automation features so I am probably not the best one to speak about them.
