Reviewing Wrike as a User
Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Working in [...] as a Project Manager, PMO team use it as a real time tool to track and monitor the status of project, assign to resources and communicate with them, create particular template depending on the scope of the deliverable, visualize the data to make decisions and improve the existing mechanism of production, update the timeline, backlogs and planned project.
Pros
- Customised Template
- Tagging resources in comment
- Updating project status
- Folder structure
Cons
- Updating the due date or start date because it will break the consecutive tasks timeline and will not update automatically leading to escalation
- Takes time to load the tabs like Resources which is tiring
- Automating does not seem easy
- Also assigning resource take time to load to list and select
- Positive impact would be the real time tracking of project status leading to time saving
I have used inhouse project management tool in my previous company.
It was very slow compared to Wrike, visualisation is better in Wrike, they did not have customised template increasing repetitive work, the tool used in previous company was very slow as it takes like a lot of time to assign resource
