Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I use Wrike to align the marketing team, the e-commerce team and the creatives/graphics teams. it creates a single place where everyone can track the progress on a certain task. I lessens the double working that happens in a global company. It keeps everyone up to date on current progress. It allows multiple people to work on the same project. simplifies the review/approval process for creative work.
Pros
- Visualizing the critical Path a project takes via a gantt chart.
- updating Subscribers when a task is complete
- symplicity of creating automations
- Creating workflows
Cons
- Inbox management tools are lacking
- Platform is slow during business hours.
- Eliminating Duplicates. (use of AI to suggest similar open tasks when creating a new task?)
- Ability to allocate projects based on workload
- Ability to Approve projects while they are still being worked on
- ability to have multiple people working on the same project without double working
no, we have not. the results are not worth the effort for the most part. we have used it to summarize where a project stands.
Very similar. Our global team used Wrike when we merged so we all moved to the same platform
