Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use it to track the various projects and tasks we perform at our firm. This tool helps us keep track of the different projects and make sure members of the team are aware of which tasks they are responsible for completing. It also helps us understand how we are spending our time on different tasks so we can make projections for upcoming workloads.
Pros
- Provides a To Do List with markers for Past Due, Current, and Upcoming tasks.
- Allows you to organize your projects and keep them separate.
- Allows you to create different spaces to manage the different types of projects our department works on.
Cons
- Navigating the left pane when trying to access different spaces could be done a little better.
- Maybe some integration with O365, if that's not already in place.
- Some type of email notification/alert when tasks are due for that day or based on a reminder of some sort.
- It's helped with tracking how much resources are needed for certain types of projects.
I have not used any of the AI features in Wrike. I'm still fairly new to the product and I'm currently making myself more and more familiar with what all it can do.
It's been several years since I used Microsoft Project and using Wrike has been a refreshing experience in comparison. It's much more user-friendly and intuitive than MS Project.
