Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use it as a project management platform to manage all creative production and associated costs. As well for production and cost related reports
Pros
- Amount of creating dashboards, reports and analytics reports
- Allowing for complexity within project structures
- it covers everything really we need
Cons
- Visualization of tasks vs projects, it is really small and hard to read and follow up
- it doesnt save the view how i left it automatically
- UX in general is very 90ies which makes it hard to visualize or find datapoints swiftly and would be an easy solve for Wrike.
- When submitting project versions for feedback - i have to scroll up to find a window to leave the deadline and addd the reviewer. Not a lot but could be automated and easier to experience. With 500 projects on a monhtly basis to manage, this becomes super manual
- I am getting a lot of metadata fields from other spaces within the corporation which distracts when i build my report bc some things have the same name but different ID number - we could isolate spaces from each other within a corporation
- Great to keep track of projects, but hard to look at
- Supr manual in terms of keeping views in a specific setup or creating dashboards
- Accurate Financial tracking is almost impossible, bc we track costs on a project level that can span over months, when in reality costs are invoiced on a task level done within one month (delivery date)
- Time tracking is working, could be automatic though.
I was not involved in selecting Wrike. When it was presented to me, it was already selected. I would have chosen a different platform to be honest
