Project management - setting timelines, subtasks and milestones for projects, including assigning and setting deadlines for tasks and monitoring time spent on these.
Pros
- Works quickly with instant assign through dropdowns
- Allows you to break down tasks into as much granularity as you like
- Tagging system
Cons
- UI is unwelcoming and overwhelming
- Hard to find overall projects you're assigned to instead of just individual tasks
- No reminders outside of Wrike when deadlines are approaching or missed
- Creative team can track time on tasks for billing
- Business-wide visibility of internal initiatives
- Comments on video files speed up amends
Planner is simpler which works for our need. Our creative team selected Wrike as they require more complexity.
