Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike to access project information based on a task. Now, based on the knowledge a person can have of Wrike, subtasks can be created. This, however, could become very complex and create confusion for individuals when searching for something specific. I believe that building a shortcut or having a more straightforward way to maneuver the app would have a better outcome for users.

Pros

  • Allows to have the name clear, with a subject.
  • You can create personal folders.
  • You get the option to provide bullet points or charts to the task if needed.

Cons

  • When searching for a particular past task, if you don't have the correct information, it's nearly impossible.
  • Is not user friendly when you would want to see all of the current task you have.
  • When creating your folders, it can be challenging to access them easily.
  • A positive impact is that the user can have access to all the information for a project once the task is located.
  • A negative impact is that it can become messy once it reaches a specific number of subtasks or contains a lot of information about the task.
  • I appreciate the feature that allows you to keep information organized by adding charts or bullet points, ensuring it remains up to date.
I haven't used it, but it's good to know because now I can take a look at it and see if this automation will work with the tasks I need to do for my job.
Although it is an excellent tool for organizing tasks and gathering all the necessary information for projects, I believe there is still room for improvement in the app to make it more user-friendly.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike is a good tool for keeping specific information about a project in a task; however, this can become messy as you start creating subtasks or conversations among peers become too lengthy. Additionally, when searching for a previous task or one that has been inactive for a while, if you don't have the link to access it, you may spend a considerable amount of time trying to locate this information.
