Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to access project information based on a task. Now, based on the knowledge a person can have of Wrike, subtasks can be created. This, however, could become very complex and create confusion for individuals when searching for something specific. I believe that building a shortcut or having a more straightforward way to maneuver the app would have a better outcome for users.
Pros
- Allows to have the name clear, with a subject.
- You can create personal folders.
- You get the option to provide bullet points or charts to the task if needed.
Cons
- When searching for a particular past task, if you don't have the correct information, it's nearly impossible.
- Is not user friendly when you would want to see all of the current task you have.
- When creating your folders, it can be challenging to access them easily.
- A positive impact is that the user can have access to all the information for a project once the task is located.
- A negative impact is that it can become messy once it reaches a specific number of subtasks or contains a lot of information about the task.
- I appreciate the feature that allows you to keep information organized by adding charts or bullet points, ensuring it remains up to date.
I haven't used it, but it's good to know because now I can take a look at it and see if this automation will work with the tasks I need to do for my job.
