Wrike is an excellent project management system
Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We're a marketing department of nearly 200 people. We operate like an advertising agency, though, so keeping track of all the creative projects and campaign initiatives is a lot of spinning plates to keep track of. Plus, who started it, who's got it, who needs to approve it, next steps, and basically every detail from start to finish.
Pros
- tagging users for communication
- keeping people accountable
- easy to create a project
Cons
- clicking the calendar start and end dates often default to something I don't want
- the AI summarizes isn't great
- an "undo" button is needed for accidental deletion
- deadlines are met more often
- communication is less jumbled
- versioning lessens confusion and allows an audit trail
The AI summarizer looks at the entire page of the task and allows you to click for a quick summary, rather than scroll to read every comment and hand-off step. I have used it a couple of times but it really hasn't told me anything I could not immediately figure out at a glance.
