Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike has been leveraged within our organization as a project management resource for internal and external stakeholders, across varying cross-functional teams within the Commercial Division.

Pros

  • Task management
  • Approval/authorization workflow
  • User-friendly and intuitive dashboard functionality

Cons

  • User preference settings could be more versatility
  • Streamlined communications, yielding cleaning more efficient decision-making feedback and/or execution.
To date, I have not utilized these features.
With proper attention to foundational setups and the appropriate workflow logic, Wrike reduces touchpoints and process lag—yielding operational gains.
