Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike to organize projects. We have multiple team members working on the same account and it helps keeps us organized. We also use it to "close out tasks" on a weekly basis, keeping us on top of weekly tasks.

Pros

  • Easy to copy or open new tasks

Cons

  • I find it difficult to find tasks that other people have opened
  • I find it difficult to find tasks that I had opened in the past
  • I am not quite sure how it has impacted our ROI
it definitely works with workflow automation and reminding me of outstanding projects I need to complete
As someone who is not tech saavy, I thought the tool was easy to use
I have not used any other project management tools
