Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike to keep track of projects across teams, including campaign launches, analyses, and client deliverables.

Pros

  • Break large projects into subtasks.
  • Collaborate with others across the organization.

Cons

  • Simplify user interface.
  • Include essential tools in lower tiers instead of add ons.
  • Saves time by managing projects efficiently.
  • Saves time by keeping teams across the company up to date on key projects and milestones, rather than having to ping or email about them.
  • Improves work quality due to live feedback on projects
I use Wrike's AI risk prediction to identify projects trending towards a delay. It allows me to reallocate resources and communicate progress with stakeholders before a deadline is missed rather than reacting after the fact.
Wrike's usability makes it easy to create projects and break them down into subtasks, switch between visuals (tables, Gantt, etc.), and customize and categorize item types. As a casual user, the interface can sometimes feel overly complex for day-to-day project management, but I'm continually learning.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike is great for tracking our long-term project roadmap and collaborating across teams. It's less appropriate for basic task tracking.
