Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike to track initiatives, projects, workflows, and all tasks overall. It has taken us out of multiple Google Docs and centralized our workspaces into one home, with easy to access views.

Pros

  • Wrike excels at giving us multiple view options for a project workflow.
  • Wrike excels at the tagging feature.

Cons

  • Within the tagging feature, I have to click 2 times for it to add a person.
  • The view could be more aesthetically pleasing, easier on the eyes. Most people complain it's just too much.
  • I don't have any hard numbers, but I would say: decreased labor costs due to time savings, and improved overall work quality.
It's very easy and straightforward once you learn it.
Wrike is good but not as esthetic at monday.com

I simply really like pin bar feature on the left side, I like the multiple view options and overall - it's just easy for me.
