Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

All new client requests are briefed through Wrike. We then centralise communications about the tasks in Wrike as well, and keep them open until the task if finalised. There are multiple types of briefing forms set up in Wrike, to allow for different categories of requests. This allows the platform to be a helpful project management and task tracking tool.

Pros

  • Allow for focused conversations within specific tasks
  • Centralise documents associated with specific tasks
  • Provide holistic cross-team view of tasks

Cons

  • Tracking subtasks effectively
  • Timeline visualisatoin
  • Time saved from avoiding miscommunication on deadlines, prioritisation, etc.
I use the 'catch up' feature to summarise lengthy conversations in Wrike
It's fairly user-friendly and we've been able to onboard our large internal team and client team rapidly.
I like Asana better, but my account leader wanted to use Wrike
