Overall Satisfaction with Wunderlist
My training department uses Wunderlist to organize our developed, developing, and prospective training projects from beginning to end. We are able to manage client communication, collaborative training building, and research. Wunderlist allows us to share across accounts and devices, from PCs to smartphones, making it accessible at work and off-site at trainings or in other places. Prior to using Wunderlist, we relied on Excel spreadsheets that were hard to keep up-to-date.
- Uploading and saving documents related to project management
- Sharing across accounts and platforms
- Integration with calendar and other applications
- Better interface for viewing subtasks
- Better communication between users
- Positive: Increased workflow and better management of tasks with training development
- Negative: Learning curve of software use by some users who are not as familiar with project management software
- Positive: Increased productivity, positive ROI.
Trello is a pinterest-board version of Wunderlist - prioritizing visualization over utility. The program also requires more clicking into projects and does not sort projects as automatically as Wunderlist. Wunderlist is a more mature, productive product in my opinion, and has been more helpful for my team to use to manage tasks.
