Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Our company uses it to calculate the compensation for our sales team. It is used by the compensation team but for the sales team to see their compensation. It helps us with solving the problem of sales team compensation.
- Its operation interface is perfect and easy for our sales team to use.
- Xactly's core value is the customer.
- For the analytics report, when editing the report it can be very slow and can close the formula editing window.
- In the analytics report, some of the columns cannot be dragged as a group. I have to drag them individually, and it can be time consuming.
- The positive impact for our company is it incentivizes our sales team to work hard for more compensation. With Xactly they can clearly see their targets and compensation details.
