Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
We are still in UAT but we plan to roll it out to the entire sales organization.

- The interface can be more intuitive.
- More reporting.
- Better upload templates.
- Additional search functionality.
- Less flexibility to change plans.
- Less flexibility on exceptions.
I have not used any other platforms.
