Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Xactly Incent is being used globally for all our Field, SAs, Channel, and Customer Success. The biggest problem this tool had solved is to make our sales people more confident in the data quality and payment results. The next biggest hurdle was manual data calculations, manual distribution of statements, manual plan acknowledgments.
- Reporting that is feeding off the data that once set up just works great without much of human intervention.
- Sending plan documents and other letters that require Participants' acknowledgments in a single place.
- Being able to see how frequently someone uses the tool! If people complain about the payments, chances are they have not bothered to even log in to see the data behind... which are correct 85% of the time!
- Analytics reports need to be refreshed more frequently than every hour.
- Xactly needs a makeover!!! It looks outdated and cleaner interface would be much appreciated it's the same look for the past 4 years since I've used it. If my husband saw me wear the same dress for 4 years, he would tell me I need new clothes :)
- Back/Next navigation buttons. It's too much hassle to keep doing "New Search" when admin could just go to the next/previous screen via these options.
- Certain windows have this 'hover over' action in order to see the options. Just make those options static and visible! What's the secrecy or coolness about the way it is currently working? Actual users get confused also when they don't know they need to hover over to see options. They get frustrated and email us being lost.
- With Xactly Incent our internal processes have gotten better, we spend less time verifying calculations, loading data and can spend more time on analyzing the data in order to make better decisions.
We used Xactly Express for a few years before migrating over to Incent. None other products were evaluated.
