Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

We use Incent to payout sales comp to our hotel sales and events sellers as well as our global sales force. Using Incent has reduced the amount of time it takes us to pay out our sellers. We went from 6 -7 weeks to 3 weeks. Our accuracy was drastically increased as well.

Pros

  • Xactly is a great partner, always wanting their customers to be successful.
  • Xactly listens and reacts well to its customers.
  • Xactly is constantly looking for ways to enhance their offerings.

Cons

  • To capitalize on their Insights, it would be great to have better metrics that are consistent between customers.
  • Would like to have a better way to plan for accruals of future payouts.
  • Accuracy of payouts.
  • Accuracy of reporting in a timely fashion for our annual incentive trip.
When we used Callidus we constantly had challenges paying out our sellers. When they would do maintenance it would negatively impact our data and require us to rebuild in order to payout our sellers. It used to take us 8 weeks with Callidus to payout our sellers, whereas it now takes us 3 weeks to payout our members.

Xactly Incent is suited for anyone who is looking to automate their sales comp process, but depending on the size of the company and amount of involvement of the sales comp administrator, it may be more beneficial to use Express.
