Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Xactly Incent is currently being used by our company to manage our global commissions process. There is one central team that maintains the people records, and a few individual teams across the globe that process the commissions portion. On a monthly basis, these teams upload the company's results and utilize Incent to calculate commission payments for our sales employees. Because of Incent, we are able to customize plans for our individual sales teams, which makes processing these commission payments a lot easier.

- Ability to customize sales plans.
- Helpful customer service team.
Cons
- Ability to propose new ideas and have them be implemented.
- Ease of creating/customizing new plans.
- Timely processing of commission payments
- Transparency to sales employees regarding their commission results
We rely on data extractions from Xactly Incent, as well as their Analytics platform in order to create monthly analyses of how the company performed.
We are currently not utilizing these solutions.
Sales Operations is in the process of building out dashboards in Xactly Incent in order to analyze data on a monthly basis.
