For sales commissions and calculations of monthly numbers
Pros
- Shows monthly sales numbers
- Calculates commissions
- shows history
- has yearly payout info
Cons
- hard to figure negative commissions
- needs to show calculation
- get confusing when there are negatives taken out
- Doesn't affect it
- We sell no matter what the confusing part of the program
I really don't take it into affect much these days since product isn't shipping and POS is way behind and that is how benchmarking would be done.
I don't think at all at this point since we have a chip shortage and that is causing delivery of product to be way behind.
