Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Xactly Incent to send out compensation plans, calculate commissions and allow users to view their statements in Xactly Incent. This software allows me to streamline my commission processes from using excel and cut down on the manual work that I have to prepare. My whole team uses this software for their various groups and we support anywhere from 100-300 sales rep at any given time.

Xactly Data Insights

We are able to structure and validate our compensation plan and sales performance analytics by being able to see all of our data in one place. This allows us to create new compensation plans that achieve the goals that we have in place for upcoming years by seeing what behaviors the sales reps are doing.

Compensation Management

We unfortunately have not had a chance to use these modules because we have a separate team that does all of the sales planning, forecasting and quotas. We strictly use Xactly Incent to calculate commissions and show the reps their statements. I am not sure if we will ever use this platform for these areas.

Xactly Integrations

We have not integrated any CRM, ERP, HR system to be integrated with Xactly Incent. We have too many projects and new groups in our pipeline we are trying to get into Xactly Incent and thus have not time to integrate other software. Our main objective is to get new teams into Xactly Incent.

Likelihood to Recommend

Xactly Incent is great to streamline the commission process. If you are dealing with a manual commission process that takes up a lot of time and you have not a super complicated compensation plan then you can save so much time using this. The sales reps will also appreciate being able to view their statement on their own rather than waiting for you to send a statement.
