Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

Xactly Incent is our commissions platform, for our sales agents. My direct report uses this platform, on a monthly basis to calculate sales commissions, prepare statements and manually add additional pay onto each statement!

The best part of using Xactly Incent, our sales agents have access to real-time finalized sales.

At the beginning of each period, we complete an audit to ensure all our products that were finalized within our system, appear in Xactly! When we first started using Xactly Intent, we had issues with the last date of the month not being captured in Xactly Intent and being counted for the following month. We reached out to our PM and quick action was taken to rectify this matter!
At the moment, we have not taken advantage of all the other perks that come with this service. Our Customer Succession rep. has been very helpful and informative and provides frequent updates on our bi-weekly touch points! After we nail the compensation and finance aspect, we will start using the many tools that Xactly Intent offers!
It is very simple and easy logon for our admin and reps!
We had lots of reports custom-built, where we used a selected dashboard to complete accruals for our finance team.
We trust Xactly Intent and if something does go wrong, we can count on Xactly Intent to rectify the issue promptly! Calculating commissions used to take 2 weeks and with this platform, we complete monthly commissions in 7 days!

Before Xactly Incent, we spent a significant amount of time running commission calculations, adding and removing commissions. Our users can easily access Incent from Salesforce, where they can view their finalized commissions and can confirm what is outstanding. This saves us a lot of time, we can have multiple users running commissions at the same time, uploading manual adds or removals in the matter of minutes. We reached out to a few companies and viewed demos, Xactly Incent was exactly what we were looking for! They designed the platform, specifically for our needs and we can save time and focus on other aspects of the business!
