Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

Xactly Incent has been simple and friendly to navigate for both Sales reps and admin users. This helps us set up multiple plans, update and maintain hierarchy data, and adjust payouts. Most importantly, in combination with Connect and Analytics, this has been master friendly to get the daily work done more efficiently and gathering the live reports like Rankings, Commissions, Bonuses data that we need. When something is not working fine or when we are stuck in Xactly application issues, Xactly Customer Support has always been doing great in resolving them with very good SLAs and getting us back to the run.
  • It calculates the commissions so accurate based on the plan that we setup
  • It details the data reports in terms of Rankings, Payouts, Employee history etc
  • It works great with the combination of other Xactly products like Connect for automated processes and Analytics for Reports
  • When clearing out or deleting the data in Incent, certain areas allow deletion only one by one. Eg position, people etc. Would be great if this can be done in bulk.
  • Could improve in the style/view/functioning of Incent user interface
  • Can implement more features for end users interface to keep them more engaged and ignoring a feel of boring UI
  • Xactly Incent has become a most important application for accurate commissions calculation which builds more trust between the organization and the employees.
Building out Xactly Analytics reports to understand the graph of Sales, commissions for those Sales, profits and employee new hires and terminations, Rankings among different segments for proper reward and employee encouragement.
We have been using AlignStar for territory assignment along with other products - Xactly Incent, Connect, Analytics and Objectives module primarily and do not use Sales planning, Territory/quota, and Sales forecasting at this time.
These Integrations has reduced a lot of manual work that we need to do to get the closed opps data into Xactly Incent for processing. It automates the commission processing and gives the accurate payout results.
HR team is using Incent to review the all Sales reps attainment data to analyze the employee performance. Incent helps Finance team to maintain employee quota, comp plans creating decisions for different segments, Analyze the total commissions and total Sales for complete balance.
Xactly Incent is the first product that I have been using for more than 3 years. Since it seems to be more simple in operating and producing very effective/accurate results, we are able to deliver the payout data without any error unless there is some manual mistakes done. This keeps the Sales reps more happy which in turn adds joy to admins.

Xactly Incent has been simple and very friendly to operate as an admin. This helps us set up multiple plans for new hires, update and maintain hierarchy data for new hires and terminations, calculate accurate commissions and adjust payouts. Most importantly, in combination with Connect and Analytics, this has been master friendly to get the daily work done with automated process and get the live reports like Rankings, Commissions, Bonuses data, Employee records that we need. We are able to send out the comp plans to the end users for approval. As a whole, it just stores everything in one single place so that we need not go back and forth in different areas for analysis.

At the same time, when there is a change of plans frequently or when complex new plans are created often, it becomes difficult sometimes to make changes quickly and get the expected results.

We have been using Xactly as a primary application to calculate the commissions payout on a daily basis and would continue the same as Xactly Incent meets our requirement. It keeps the process automated and reduces the manual effort to calculate commissions.
